Prices are shown in euro and confirmed in a pro-forma invoice before payment.<\/p><h2 id=\"compliance\">Compliance<\/h2><p>Buyers are responsible for ensuring that products are permitted for sale in their country, including flavour, format and tax rules under the <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/dir\/2014\/40\/oj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tobacco Products Directive<\/a> and national law.<\/p><h2 id=\"orders-invoices-and-payment\">Orders, invoices and payment<\/h2><p>Every order is confirmed with a pro-forma invoice in euro that lists the products, quantities, flavour split, shipping cost and payment details. Orders are prepared once payment has been received. Prices on the website are starting prices per piece; larger quantities receive volume pricing on request.<\/p><h2 id=\"delivery-and-risk\">Delivery and risk<\/h2><p>Goods ship from Germany with tracking. Delivery estimates are given with each quote. Where you buy as a consumer, the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence and of the EU always apply in addition to these trade terms. Individual agreements set out in writing on a pro-forma invoice take priority over these general vape wholesale terms.<\/p>\n<h2>How a contract is made<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>You send an inquiry listing the products and quantities you want.<\/li>\n<li>We reply with availability and prices. This reply is an offer that stays valid for the period stated on it.<\/li>\n<li>The contract is made when you accept the pro-forma invoice and pay it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Product photos, puff counts and flavour names on the website describe the products as supplied by the manufacturers. Small differences in packaging design between batches are possible and are not a defect.<\/p>\n<h2>Prices and taxes<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are shown in euro per piece. The price on your pro-forma invoice is binding. Shipping costs are shown separately. Import VAT, excise duty, national tax stamps and registration fees in the destination country are the buyer&#8217;s responsibility unless the invoice states otherwise. The version published on this page at the time you accept your pro-forma invoice applies to that order.
