You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age for buying nicotine products in your country if that is higher, to buy from us.

Age confirmation

Visitors must confirm they are 18 or over to enter the website, and every inquiry form requires age confirmation. We may ask for proof of age or business registration before we accept or ship an order, and we will cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed.

No purchases for minors

Buying products for anyone under the legal age is prohibited. Retailers who buy from us must follow the age-verification rules that apply to sales in their own country.

Health warning

Our products contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance. They are not suitable for non-smokers, people under the legal age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with heart conditions. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Right to refuse service

We may refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe it breaks age rules or local law. If you think we refused an order by mistake, contact us at sales@eurovape.shop.

Why we have an age policy

Nicotine is addictive and the law in every European country restricts its sale to adults. This age policy explains how we keep our products away from minors, what we expect from the retailers we supply and what happens when age cannot be confirmed. It applies to every order, whether you buy 100 pieces or several pallets.

Age verification for vapes on this website

When you first visit eurovape.shop you must confirm that you are 18 or older before you can browse the products. Every inquiry and contact form also contains a required 18+ confirmation. These steps are the first check, not the only one: before we accept or ship an order we may ask for a copy of an ID document or, for business buyers, proof of company registration. Age verification documents are only used for this check and are handled as described in our privacy policy.

Minimum age by country

In most European countries the minimum age for buying nicotine products is 18. Some countries or regions set different or additional rules, for example on where vapes can be sold or which flavours are allowed. Our 18+ vape policy is the minimum; if your country sets a higher age, that higher age applies to you. Our country pages, such as Germany or France, list known local rules.

Disposable Vapes

Multi-Flavour Vapes

Pod Kits & Vape Hardware

E-Liquids & Nic Salts

Responsibilities of retailers

If you buy from us to resell, you must follow the age-verification rules that apply in your shop, kiosk or online store. That usually means checking ID at the till, using an age-verification service for online sales and refusing sales to anyone who cannot prove their age. We may stop supplying a customer who does not meet these duties.

Product warnings

All nicotine products we sell carry the health warnings required in the EU under the Tobacco Products Directive. Keep devices and e-liquids out of reach of children and pets, store them at room temperature and dispose of used devices and batteries at a proper collection point.

Reporting a concern

If you believe a minor has bought or tried to buy from us, or you have a question about this age policy, email us. We review every report. You can also read our sales terms, shipping policy and FAQs for more on how we
