The minimum order is 100 pieces per model. You can split those 100 pieces across several flavours of the same model.

Place your order first, then send us your flavour mix for each model. If a flavour is out of stock we suggest the closest alternative before shipping.

Yes. Adults aged 18 or over can buy from the same 100-piece minimum per model.

Yes. Each model needs at least 100 pieces, and you can combine as many models as you like in one shipment.

All prices are shown in euro (EUR). The price on each product is the starting price per piece; larger quantities get lower prices.

Yes. Prices drop at 500 pieces and again at 1,000+ pieces per model. Ask for a quote for mixed bulk orders.

Payment details are shown on your pro-forma invoice. We ship once payment has been received.

All orders ship from Germany. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination and are confirmed with your quote. See our Shipping Policy.

We supply buyers in more than 30 European countries. Some products cannot be sent to countries that ban them, for example disposable vapes in Belgium, France and the UK.

Some products are TPD versions (2 ml tank, max. 20 mg/ml nicotine) and some are not. Check each product page and the rules in your country before ordering; the buyer is responsible for local compliance.

VAT, excise duty and any national tax stamps in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless your invoice states otherwise.

Yes. You can combine as many models as you like in one order, as long as each model meets the minimum order of 100 pieces. Everything ships together from Germany on one invoice.

You choose the flavour mix inside each model after we confirm stock. For example, 100 pieces of one model can be split into 10 flavours of 10 pieces each. If a flavour is out of stock, we suggest the closest alternative before you pay.

Bulk packs are fixed quantities of 200, 300, 500 or 1,000 pieces of one model, so they already exceed the minimum order. You still choose the flavour mix for the pack.

Our minimum order is 100 pieces per model, and we do not sell single samples. A 100-piece order with a wide flavour mix is the usual way to test a new product.

It depends on your country, the carrier and the size of the order. We give you an estimate with every quote, and you receive a tracking number when the order ships. See the shipping policy for details.

We do not ship banned products to those markets. For countries with disposable bans, we suggest refillable pod kits, pods and e-liquids instead.

Yes. You receive a pro-forma invoice before payment and a final invoice after payment. Add your company name and VAT number to your inquiry so they appear on the invoice.
