These sales terms apply to every order placed with Euro Vapes, by businesses and by adult private buyers. Please read them together with our shipping policy, refund policy, age policy and privacy policy.
Age restriction
Our products contain nicotine and are sold only to adults aged 18 or over (or the legal age in the buyer’s country).
Minimum order & prices
The minimum order is 100 pieces per model unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in euro and confirmed in a pro-forma invoice before payment.
Compliance
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that products are permitted for sale in their country, including flavour, format and tax rules under the Tobacco Products Directive and national law.
Orders, invoices and payment
Every order is confirmed with a pro-forma invoice in euro that lists the products, quantities, flavour split, shipping cost and payment details. Orders are prepared once payment has been received. Prices on the website are starting prices per piece; larger quantities receive volume pricing on request.
Delivery and risk
Goods ship from Germany with tracking. Delivery estimates are given with each quote. Please check deliveries on arrival and report damage within 48 hours so we can claim with the carrier.

Scope of these sales terms
These sales terms apply to every order placed with Euro Vapes, whether by a business or an adult private buyer, through the website, WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Where you buy as a consumer, the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence and of the EU always apply in addition to these trade terms. Individual agreements set out in writing on a pro-forma invoice take priority over these general vape wholesale terms.
How a contract is made
- You send an inquiry listing the products and quantities you want.
- We reply with availability and prices. This reply is an offer that stays valid for the period stated on it.
- The contract is made when you accept the pro-forma invoice and pay it.
Product photos, puff counts and flavour names on the website describe the products as supplied by the manufacturers. Small differences in packaging design between batches are possible and are not a defect.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euro per piece. The price on your pro-forma invoice is binding. Shipping costs are shown separately. Import VAT, excise duty, national tax stamps and registration fees in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless the invoice states otherwise. EU buyers with a valid VAT number should provide it with the inquiry; you can check a VAT number on the European Commission’s VIES service.
Changes to these trade terms
We may update these sales terms when the law, our services or our suppliers change. The version published on this page at the time you accept your pro-forma invoice applies to that order. Business buyers with a framework agreement or special vape wholesale terms agreed in writing keep those terms for the agreed period. If you have a question about any of these trade terms before you order, contact our sales team; we are happy to explain how they apply to your business and your country.
Retention of title
Goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
Warranty and claims
Statutory warranty rights apply. For business buyers, defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for visible damage and promptly after discovery for hidden defects. Our refund policy explains how claims are handled and the shipping policy covers delivery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence. For business buyers, the place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Euro Vapes, where legally permitted.
