How to order wholesale vapes in 4 easy steps
This is how to order from Euro Vapes, whether you buy 100 pieces for one shop or several thousand for a distribution network. The same simple process applies to every product, brand and country we ship to.
Choose your products
Browse disposable vapes, pod kits or nic salts and note the models you want.
Send your order
Use “Send Inquiry” on any product or message us on WhatsApp/Telegram with quantities (min. 100 pcs per model).
Send your flavour mix
Tell us how to split each model across flavours. If a flavour is out of stock we suggest the closest alternative.
Pay & receive
We confirm stock, price and shipping in a euro pro-forma invoice. After payment your order ships from Germany.
Ordering terms at a glance
- Minimum order: 100 pieces per model (nic salts and TPD 600-puff bars: 10 boxes of 10).
- Prices: in euro per piece; larger quantities receive volume pricing.
- Who can order: shops, distributors and adult customers aged 18+.
- Shipping: from Germany to 30+ European countries. Shipping cost is quoted with your order.
- Compliance: buyers must only sell products permitted in their country (see TPD 2014/40/EU).

Tips for your first wholesale order
- Start with proven sellers. Our bulk vape deals are built around the most-ordered models.
- Split flavours sensibly. Most shops sell more of a few fruit and ice flavours; spread the rest across a wider range to test demand.
- Check your local rules first. The EU Tobacco Products Directive and national laws decide what you can sell.
- Plan reorders early. Popular flavours can sell out; ask us about stock when you reorder.
Payment and documents
Every order is confirmed with a pro-forma invoice that lists the models, flavour split, quantities, prices, shipping and expected dispatch date. Business buyers can add their company name and VAT number so the invoice matches their records. After payment you receive the final invoice and the tracking number.
