Shipping Policy

How we dispatch and deliver wholesale and retail orders from Germany.

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Where we ship

We ship from Germany to buyers in the European Union and selected other European countries. Some products cannot be shipped to countries where they are banned or restricted (for example disposable vapes in countries that prohibit them). We will tell you before you pay if any item in your order cannot be sent to your country.

Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched after payment has been received and your flavour mix has been confirmed.
  • We do not dispatch on weekends or German public holidays.
  • The expected dispatch date, carrier and shipping cost are stated on your pro-forma invoice.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination country, the carrier and the size of the order. We give you an estimate with your quote. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier delays, customs checks and holidays can add time.

Tracking

When your order ships we send you the tracking number by email, WhatsApp or Telegram. Tracking can take one to two working days to show the first scan.

Taxes, duties and stamps

Prices on our website are shown in euro. VAT, excise duties and any national tax stamps or registration duties in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless your invoice says otherwise. Please check the rules for your country before ordering, especially for e-liquids.

Changes and cancellations

You can change the delivery address or cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once an order has been handed to the carrier the address can no longer be changed.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your delivery when it arrives. If a parcel is damaged or items are missing, send us photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier. See our Refund Policy for what happens next.

Shipping policy at a glance

  • All orders ship from Germany after payment and flavour confirmation.
  • Shipping cost, carrier and dispatch date are shown on your pro-forma invoice before you pay.
  • You receive a tracking number for every parcel or pallet.
  • Import VAT, excise duties and national tax stamps are the buyer’s responsibility unless the invoice says otherwise.

Vape shipping in Europe: parcels and pallets

Smaller wholesale orders usually travel as one or more parcels. Large orders, such as several 1,000-piece bulk packs, may be sent on a pallet. We choose the method that fits the size, weight and destination of your order and show it on the invoice. If you need a particular delivery method, a delivery time slot or a tail-lift for pallets, tell us when you send your inquiry.

Delivery from Germany to your country

Delivery from Germany to neighbouring countries such as Austria, the Netherlands, Poland or the Czech Republic is usually quicker than delivery to the edges of Europe, such as Portugal, Greece, Finland or Cyprus. Islands and remote areas can take longer. We give you an estimate for your address with every quote. You can read market-specific notes on our country pages, for example Germany, Spain and Poland.

Countries with special rules

Some countries ban or restrict certain products. For example, several European countries no longer allow single-use (disposable) vapes to be sold. We will not ship banned products to those markets and will suggest compliant alternatives such as pod kits or e-liquids. See our guide to disposable vape bans in Europe for details.

Packaging

Products are shipped in their original retail packaging inside outer cartons. Each carton is labelled with your order reference so you can check the delivery against the packing list. Please keep the outer cartons until you have counted the goods.

Customs and paperwork

For deliveries inside the EU there are normally no customs formalities, but national excise and registration rules for e-liquids and nicotine products still apply. For destinations outside the EU, such as Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom, import duties and customs clearance fees may be charged by the carrier or the authorities in the destination country. The European Commission’s taxation and customs pages explain the general rules.
